We may contact an independent reporting agency to obtain a consumer report about you. By proceeding with your application or claim, you authorize us to obtain such reports.

By signing your insurance application or insurance quote, you authorize us to obtain one or more consumer reports about you, both now and for as long as you have an ongoing relationship with us.

Your Rights Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)

Under the FCRA, you have specific rights regarding consumer reports, including the right to be informed if information in your consumer report has been used against you, the right to know what is in your file, the right to request a credit score (if applicable), and the right to dispute incomplete or inaccurate information. If any adverse action is taken based on information contained in your consumer report, you will be provided with additional notices as required by law.
